In case you were having really strong feelings about that pink bag of Doritos or that special ribbon tissue box, might I recommend the following:
Welcome to Cancerland (look, I know I already told y'all to read this, but it's just that good. read it now. or re-read it!)
6,000 Runners Fail to Discover Cure for Breast Cancer (just for funsies!)
And, since you're all probably wondering, this is what my hair looks like right now. The humidity in Portland is really bringin' out the chemo curl in the back. It's goofy looking. Luckily, I can't successfully take a picture of the back of my head, so you can't see it unless you come to Portland tonight and hang out with me.

Getting off my soapbox and back to my vacation now. xoxox
1. I am so jealous of all your hair. Almost as jealous as I was of this girl I saw with a ponytail the other day. I literally spent twenty minutes sitting in Starbucks watching this chick's ponytail swish, thinking "How DARE she - it's OBSCENE. I cannot believe she has ALL THAT HAIR THAT IS ATTACHED TO HER HEAD." I then caught myself and remembered that attached-to-head hair is acceptable in our society.
ReplyDelete2. The only things I have seen at all that mention BC Awareness Month are all the articles complaining about pinktober. I think this might mean I read too much alternative media and watch not enough NFL.
Super, super cute!!!!
